My first pair of painted denim jeans (see Denim Toons Blue-I) were so fun to make and to wear that my husband found me a pair of second hand white dickies to work on with a different theme/feel. Every time I wear my first colorful pair, it sparks joyful conversations with strangers that I might not normally ever connect and converse with. I am realizing how pumped I get from these little random interactions and I want more of it!

This black and white pair was inspired by 1930’s animation and rubber hose art.
